- Certification: Vox Ed Global provides theoretical professional development frameworks aligned with international standards. Certification requires achieving an 80% passing grade (12/15 correct answers) on the automated digital examination evaluation module.
- Administrative Autonomy: Vox Ed Global operates as an independent training body. We reserve the absolute right to terminate, audit, or freeze any unique Serial ID found to be associated with credential manipulation, fraudulent verification attempts, or professional misconduct.
Data Privacy & Compliance Policy
- Information Collected: We collect and securely process only the minimal user details necessary to maintain our public-facing employer validation registry: Full Name, Age Category, City of Residence, Phone Number, and Course Selection metrics.
- Data Security: All student records are stored securely in an isolated relational MySQL database on an independent UK server infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or distribute private user data to third-party commercial brokers or external digital marketing operations.
- Payment Processing Integrity: Vox Ed Global does not store, review, or collect user mobile money PIN numbers, bank card details, or financial passwords. All transactional processing is handled securely and externally through encrypted Paynow Zimbabwe payment routing gateways.
